With effect from January 23, 2023, the French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication has decided to hold a public hearing for the representatives of artificial persons whose applications have been declared admissible in the context of the invitation to tender provided for by decision no. 2022-752 of December 7, 2022 for the production of two local television services to be shown free-to-air by terrestrial hertzian means, on a full-time basis and in high definition.
These hearings, lasting one and a half hours each, will take place on February 15, 2023, at the Authority's headquarters, according to the following schedule established by drawing lots.
