Arcom has decided not to oppose the appointment of Mr. Arthur Dreyfuss as Chairman of Radio Monte-Carlo, provider of the RMC service, and Business FM, provider of the BFM Business service.
These changes in governance are not contrary to article 42-3 of the law of September 30, 1986.
