RMC Story 2023 report: breach of an obligation to broadcast

Arcom found that, for the year 2023, the television service RMC Story had failed to meet its obligations relating to :
- the annual diffusion of 36 different original EOF programs designed to identify, contextualize and put into perspective economic, social and cultural issues linked to the diversity of French society, promoting integration and contributing to social cohesion;
- the fact that 15 of these programs are new to national free-to-air television, and 15 others are new to the service;
- the breakdown of all 36 of these programs over a minimum of 36 weeks per year.
As a result, the Authority has issued a formal notice to the service editor to comply in future with the stipulations of the tenth paragraph of article 3-1-1 of its agreement.
