Arcom was alerted to the diffusion of an advertisement promoting a fiber package offered by internet service provider SFR. The plaintiff considered that the advertisement depicted dangerous behavior.
Article 4 of the March 27, 1992 decree on advertising, sponsorship and teleshopping makes provision for " advertising to be free from any discrimination on the grounds of race, sex, nationality, disability, age or sexual orientation, from any scenes of violence and from any incitement to behavior prejudicial to health, the safety of persons and property or the protection of the environment. "
In this case, Arcom found no breach of the aforementioned schemes.
