Arcom has decided to amend its decision of January 17, 2024, by which it abrogated, with effect from May 5, 2024, the authorization issued to SA Vortex to operate the Skyrock service on DAB+ in the Nantes étendu area, setting the effective date of this decision at July 31, 2024.
Vortex had indicated its wish to return the authorization to operate the Skyrock service on DAB+, particularly in the extended Nantes area, in order to avoid dual broadcasting on DAB+ by the ignition of the in mainland M1 multiplex on which the service is also authorized.
