Arcom has decided not to oppose the demand by Palmyra, authorized to operate the Skyrock Klassiks radio service on DAB+ in category D, for a change in its diffusion regime for French-language songs.

The publisher now benefits from the general regime, which makes provision for at least 40% of all songs shown to be French-language songs or songs performed in a regional language used in France, and for French-language songs or songs performed in a regional language used in France from new talent or new productions to represent at least 20% of the total number of songs shown.

This modification is not of a substantial nature within the meaning of the first paragraph of article 42-3 of the law of September 30, 1986, and does not appear likely to compromise the fundamental imperative of plurality and the public interest.
