Arcom has decided not to object to the change in the corporate name of SARL Société Nationale 360, holder of authorizations to broadcast the Virage Radio service in category D on FM and DAB+, to SARL Virage Développement, and of SARL Virage, holder of authorizations to broadcast the Virage Radio Lyon service in category C on FM and DAB+, to SARL Virage Métropole.
These changes are not such as to compromise the fundamental imperative of plurality and the public interest.
