Arcom has examined the speaking times of political figures recorded in newscasts and magazines for the period of the fourth quarter of 2021, on the basis of its deliberation of November 22, 2017 on the principle of political plurality in radio and television services...

Following this review, it noted the overexposure of Reconquête on C8 and asked the channel's management to ensure better application of the principle of plurality.

With regard to CNews, Arcom noted that the proportion of interventions by representatives of the executive and France insoumise shown at night had decreased since the formal notice issued by the Authority on December 3, 2021 against the channel, but that the proportion of the hourly volume of the executive bloc shown at night remained significant over the quarter as a whole. Arcom also noted that the breakdown in speaking time was marked by the under-exposure of the Rassemblement national.

The Authority also warned :

France Culture because of the underrepresentation of the executive bloc and France Insoumise, the persistent strong underrepresentation of Rassemblement national and the overrepresentation of the Socialist Party;
LCI, due to a significant proportion of executive broadcasting time being shown at night;
Sud Radio due to very strong and persistent underrepresentation of the executive bloc, as well as persistent underrepresentation of Europe Ecologie - Les Verts.
