Arcom was approached by the president of the Les Sans Etiquettes party about the rules governing political plurality.

The Authority pointed out that, in accordance with its deliberation of November 22, 2017 on the principle of political plurality on radio and television services, it is not up to it to determine a priori the terms and conditions under which political organizations are likely to appear on air, as these terms and conditions fall within the editorial freedom of radio and television services.

Furthermore, the mere fact of being a political party within the meaning of the legislation on the financial transparency of political life does not confer automatic access to the audiovisual media.
