On October 12, 2022, Arcom launched five invitations to tender for part-time digital terrestrial television (DTT) services in the Paris region (DTT number 31). These calls for tenders covered the slots midnight - 1 a.m., 1 a.m. - 6 a.m., 9 a.m. - 1 p.m., 1 p.m. - 9 p.m. and 9 p.m. - midnight respectively.
On January 18, 2023, it declared nine applications admissible.
