The French Superior Audiovisual Council (French Superior Audiovisual Council), which became the French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication (Arcom) on January1, 2022, has decided not to object to the change in corporate form of SARL VH Com to SAS VH Com, holder of the authorization to broadcast the Sweet FM service, in category B on 12 FM frequencies within the jurisdiction of the Caen CTA, as well as in DAB+ on the local allocations of Rouen, Le Mans, Poitiers and Angers.

This change does not constitute a substantial modification of the data on the basis of which the broadcasting license was issued.
