Swigg: name change

Arcom has decided not to oppose the change in the name of the Swigg radio service (to be renamed Ado), the provider of radio (SAS Ado France instead of SAS Swigg France) and the RDS code assigned to it.
These changes are not contrary to the first paragraph of article 42-3 of the law of September 30, 1986.
