The French Superior Audiovisual Council (Arcom since January1, 2022) approved the takeover of Télé Saint-Quentin, publisher of the local television service Ma Télé in the Saint-Quentin, Hirson and Laon area (Picardy), by E-FACTO, as the transaction was not likely to substantially modify the relevant markets.
It also considered that the transaction did not appear likely to bring about a substantial change in the data on the basis of which the authorization was issued, nor to compromise the fundamental imperative of plurality and the public interest.
