Arcom has decided to approve the changes in control and governance of SARL Bleu Pomme, authorized to operate the category D service Tech Radio in DAB+ in seven local allotments (Paris, La Rochelle, Poitiers, Beauvais, Compiègne, Chartres and Evreux), considering that these changes alone are not such as to compromise the fundamental imperative of plurality and the public interest. SAS RKAST Médias thus becomes the new majority shareholder of SARL Bleu Pomme.
The Authority has also decided not to oppose developments in the programs and name of the Tech radio service, insofar as they are not of a substantial nature due to their purpose or scope, and are not contrary to the public interest.
