The French Superior Audiovisual Council, which became the Autorité de régulation de la communication audiovisuelle et numérique (Arcom) on January 1, 2022, has authorized the technical modification to DAB+ of the authorization of the Compagnie des multiplexes DAB operator for the multiplex using channel 9A in the Toulon étendu area.
This modification does not present any incompatibility with the French and international spectrum, and does not entail any substantial change to the data on the basis of which the authorization was issued.
