Arcom has authorized the change in transmission conditions for the multiplex operated by the Société opératrice du multiplex M1 on channel 10B in Avignon.
It has also approved the new transmission site proposed by this company at Planfoy (42), insofar as this change does not present any incompatibility with the French and international spectrum.
