Technical modifications to private radio licenses

Arcom has authorized changes to the technical settings for :
- Europe 1 in Foix ;
- NRJ in Foix ;
- Radio Scoop in Balbigny ;
- RFM in Le Vignan and Saint-Jean-du-Bruel;
- RTL in Guéret.
These changes are not incompatible with the French and international spectrum, and do not entail any substantial modification of the data on the basis of which the authorizations were issued, within the meaning of the first paragraph of article 42-3 of the law of September 30, 1986.
