Technical modifications to private radio licenses

Arcom has decided to authorize changes to the technical settings for the authorizations of :
- Skyrock (Argentat-sur-Dordogne, Barcelonnette) ;
- Sud Radio (Aurillac).
These modifications are not incompatible with the French and international spectrum.
