Arcom has adopted a draft amendment to the agreement with TF1 Séries Films, the purpose of which is to modify a number of programming commitments for the television service of the same name: the obligation to broadcast a new daily drama series, the proportion of broadcast time devoted to audiovisual drama and cinematographic works, and the ban on broadcasting entertainment.
These modifications do not constitute a substantial change to the data on the basis of which the service's authorization was issued, and are compatible with the public interest and the imperative of plurality of socio-cultural currents of expression.
