Arcom was alerted to a sequence entitled "Reportage choc dans le quotidien des Pellissard" ("Shocking report into the daily life of the Pellissards") within the program Touche pas à mon poste! shown on January 31, 2023 on C8.
At the close of the meeting on May 10, 2023, the Authority issued a formal notice to C8 against repeat offences, in particular against the rules set out in point 3 of the deliberation of April 17, 2007 and article 4 of the notice of June 7, 2005.
