Arcom was alerted to a sequence on the program Touche pas à mon poste! shown on June 13, 2024 on C8, during which the show's host put Ms. Sarah Knafo, a member of Reconquête's executive board, on the phone with Mr. Jordan Bardella, president of the Rassemblement national.

It considered that, by deliberately acting as a go-between to encourage direct negotiations between two political parties, and by making inappropriate comments about the candidacy of Mr François Hollande, in the context of a short election campaign requiring editors to be particularly vigilant in applying the principle of plurality, the host failed to meet the requirements of honesty and moderation inherent in the treatment of election news.

The program in question therefore constitutes a breach by the channel of the schemes set out in article 2 of the deliberation of January 4, 2011 on the principle of political plurality in radio and TV services during election periods.

Consequently, the Authority has warned the service editor against repeating such a breach.
