Touche pas à mon poste!" show to be broadcast on May 9, 2022: C8 warned
Arcom was alerted to a video of the assault of a young woman shown on the program Touche pas à mon poste! on May 9, 2022 on C8.
The AMF noted that this diffusion, which may have shocked a number of viewers, was immediately condemned by all the columnists and the young woman's lawyer present on set.
It therefore found no fault on the part of the service editor.
The Authority also ruled that the program fell into category II, since the sequence in question was likely to offend the sensibilities of persons under 18. By discontinuously affixing the " -10 " pictogram and omitting to display the words "not recommended for children under 10" at the start of the program, C8 failed to comply with the provisions of article 4 of the June 7, 2005 notice.
As a result, Arcom warned C8 against repeating such a breach, and demanded that it demonstrate the utmost vigilance in complying with the rules governing the display of information for young people set out in the aforementioned notice.
