Arcom has given a favorable ruling on the possibility of renewing for the first time, outside the call for applications and for a period of five years from July 3, 2023, the authorizations issued to the following publishers:
- Category B: 100% (Cahors); Inside (Tarbes); Totem (Albi);
- Category C: Nostalgie Hautes-Pyrénées Comminges (Bagnères-de-Luchon, Chaum, Saint-Gaudens);
- in category D: Fun Radio (Ax-les-Thermes) ; Jazz Radio (Rodez) ; NRJ (Arreau) ; Radio Classique (Montauban) ; RFM (Ax-Les-Thermes) ; RTL 2 (Cahors) ; TSF Jazz (Tarbes) ; Virgin Radio (Figeac, Barèges) ;
- in category E : Europe 1 (Rodez, Arreau); RMC (Villefranche-de-Rouergue); RTL (Cahors); Sud Radio (Millau, Rodez, Villefranche-de-Rouergue).
The Authority also gave a favorable ruling on the possibility of renewing Skyrock's authorization (category D) in Lourdes for a second time, without a call for bidders and for a period of five years from August 3, 2023.
