Arcom was alerted to comments made by a candidate for election to the Assembly of French Polynesia in the program Tous Frères, shown on Polynésie La 1ère on April 15, 2023.
It considered that this sequence, shown during the reserve period, was likely to contravene the provisions of article L. 49 of the Electoral Code.
