Arcom was alerted to a segment broadcast on Franceinfo: in the program "Tout est politique" on December 3, 2025.
During this segment, a link between anti-Semitism and the "quest for the Muslim vote" was made by an editorialist, who went on to assert that there could be political strategies based on the idea that a form of anti-Semitism could help win the Muslim vote.
Arcom met in plenary session on April 1, 2026 and deliberated.
