Arcom was alerted to the broadcasting, during the Tout est politique program on November 10 and 11, 2025 on Franceinfo:, of polls relating to voting intentions in the 2027 presidential election.
It found that inaccurate graphic proportions had been broadcast to illustrate the results of the poll in question, in breach of the requirements of honesty and rigor incumbent on the channel in its treatment of information. Corrections made the following day in a second poll, which were also erroneous, confirmed this finding.
Consequently, the Authority has warned the service's publisher of the need to respect, in the future, the obligations arising from articles 1 of the deliberation of April 18, 2018 and 35 of France Télévisions' specifications.
