Arcom was alerted about the subtitling of the program Tout le monde veut prendre sa place shown on September 18, 2023 on France 2.

It found that the program had been subtitled using subtitles corresponding to the program shown the day before.

The publishing company indicated that this situation was the " result of a succession of exceptional human errors " and offered " its sincere apologies to viewers for this error ". It also stated that, following the incident, a reminder of the procedures had been sent to all the teams concerned and that, in the medium term, a new diffusion scheme would be put in place.

In view of France Télévisions' reaction to the situation, and the measures put in place to prevent any recurrence, the Authority has not taken any action against the service editor.
