Pursuant to article 42-3 of the law of September 30, 1986, Arcom has decided to approve the change in capital, resulting in a change of control of Tropique FM, authorized to broadcast the Tropiques FM service in categories B and D, and France Antilles Contact, majority shareholder of Tropique FM.
This modification, which does not result in any change of control, is not such as to compromise the fundamental imperative of plurality and the public interest.
