TSF Jazz has indicated that it wishes to return the radio resources allocated to it for the operation of the eponymous radio service in category D in the local areas of Lorient (authorization decision of July 17, 2024), Morlaix (authorization decision of July 17, 2024) and Quimper (authorization decision of July 17, 2024), as of the entry into force of its authorization to transmit in the extended Brest area.
Consequently, Arcom has decided to abrogate the relevant authorization decisions with deferred effect.
