Arcom was alerted about the TV movie Un homme abîmé, shown on France 2 on March 2, 2022, and accompanied by a " not recommended for children under 10 " sign deemed insufficient by the plaintiffs.

It considered that, due to the characteristics of the rape scene it contained, the TV movie fell into category III, as provided for in article 3 of the June 7, 2005 recommendation concerning youth signage and program classification, and that it could therefore not be shown in the first part of the evening during school vacations.

The AMF demanded that France Télévisions apply the appropriate rating to any reruns of the film. It also warned France Télévisions against repeating offences against the rules laid down in articles 2 and 3 of the aforementioned notice.
