Virgin Radio network name change

Arcom has decided not to oppose :
- the change of name of the Virgin Radio network - to be renamed Europe 2 - proposed by Europe 2 Entreprises for the category D service it publishes and its local radio stations operating in category C, by the Europe 2 Ajaccio association (Virgin Radio Corse in category C) and by Artois 2000 (Virgin Radio Lens-Béthune in category C);
- the change in the corporate name of Virgin Radio Régions, provider of local radio stations that are subsidiaries of the network;
- the change of RDS codes associated with all these radio services.
These changes donot constitute a substantial modification of the data on the basis of which the broadcasting licences were issued.
