Arcom was alerted to a segment of the program Week-end 3D, shown on BFM TV on February 3, 2024, devoted to the alleged cyber-harassment of Magali Berdah.
It considered that the comments made on set, which were factual and measured, were not such as to characterize a breach by the channel of its obligations, and points out that it falls within the natural competence of the judicial judge to rule on the possibly defamatory nature of comments broadcast on air.
