A complaint was lodged with Arcom following the diffusion on France Inter, on 7 January 2026 during the programme *Zoom Zoom Zen*, of a satirical piece by Merwane Benlazar criticising the French far right.

At a plenary meeting on 15 July 2026, Arcom deliberated on the matter.

Whilst it considered that, given its humorous nature, this segment did not constitute a breach of the station’s obligations, it deemed it appropriate to inform the station of the public outcry it had provoked. It also summoned the station’s attention to the notices in Mr Bruno Lasserre’s report on the impartiality of public service audiovisual broadcasting, relating to the use of humour on air.
