The contracts of objectives and means (COM) of France Télévisions, Radio France and France Médias Monde, concluded for the period 2020-2022, have been extended for the year 2023 by the adoption of amendments.
The present opinion covers the implementation of these three amendments for the year 2023, and provides a broader assessment of the 2020-2023 period. Since the amendments to the COMs are based on a managerial framework common to all three companies, supplemented by a section specific to each company, Arcom has chosen to present a single opinion which is, in part, common to all three companies.
It is based on the information provided in the performance reports submitted by the three companies, and on discussions with their representatives.
