By letter dated August 23, 2019, the Competition Authority invited the French Superior Audiovisual Council to comment on the request for interim measures submitted by Molotov in connection with the Competition Authority's submission of a case before the court relating to practices implemented by the TF1 and M6 groups allegedly in breach of Articles L. 420-1 and L. 420-2 of the French Commercial Code and Articles 101 and 102 of the TFEU.
