On December 3, 2019, the Charte relative à la représentation des personnes handicapées et du handicap dans les médias audiovisuels was signed, in the presence of Edouard Philippe, Prime Minister, Franck Riester, Minister of Culture, Sophie Cluzel, Secretary of State to the Prime Minister for the Disabled, Dominique Gillot, President of the Conseil National Consultatif des Personnes Handicapées (CNCPH), Roch-Olivier Maistre, Chairman of the French Superior Audiovisual Council and Carole Bienaimé Besse, French Superior Audiovisual Council member and Chair of the "accessibility for the disabled" working group.
