On June 27, 2024, Roch-Olivier Maistre, President ofArcom, Marie-Laure Denis, President of the French national data protection agency (CNIL), and Sarah Lacoche, Director General of Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control (DGCCRF), signed a tripartite agreement setting out the terms of their cooperation in implementing the Digital Services Act(RSN).
