On March 17, 2021, the French Superior Audiovisual Council (French Superior Audiovisual Council) adopted a notice for the elections of departmental councillors, regional councillors, councillors to the Assembly of Corsica, councillors to the Assembly of French Guiana and councillors to the Assembly of Martinique to be held on June 13 and 20, 2021.

Due to the postponement of the date of convocation of the electoral colleges to proceed with the election of departmental councillors, regional councillors, councillors to the Assembly of Corsica, councillors to the Assembly of Guyana and councillors to the Assembly of Martinique, the French Superior Audiovisual Council published on April 28, 2021 an amending notice modifying the notice of March 17, 2021.

This notice applies to all radio and television services, whatever their broadcasting method by any electronic communication process, from May 10, 2021 and until the day the election is won.
