Article 52 (of decree n° 2010-747 of July 2, 2010)

The aforementioned decree of April 27, 2010 is amended as follows:
1° In the first paragraph of Article 11 I, the words "by Article 10, 3° of the aforementioned Decree of July 9, 2001 and by Article 12, 3° of the aforementioned Decree no. 2001-1332 of December 28, 2001" are replaced by the words "by Article 14, 3°, Article 29, 2° and Article 43, 3° of Decree no. 2010-747 of July 2, 2010";
2° In the first paragraph of Article 27, the words "by Article 10, 3° of the aforementioned Decree of July 9, 2001 and Article 12, 3° of the aforementioned Decree no. 2001-1332 of December 28, 2001" are replaced by the words "by Article 14, 3°, Article 29, 2° and Article 43, 3° of Decree no. 2010-747 of July 2, 2010".
