The French Superior Audiovisual Council,

Having regard to Act no. 86-1067 of September 30, 1986, as amended, on freedom of communication, in particular articles 22, 25 and 30-2;

Having regard to the decree of January 3, 2008, amended by the decree of August 16, 2013, relating to radio broadcast in digital mode by terrestrial hertzian way or by satellite way in L band or in S band fixing the characteristics of the signals emitted;

Considering deliberation no. 2013-1 of January 15, 2013 relating to the setting of rules for sharing the radioelectric resource for terrestrial digital radio in band III;

After deliberation,

Decides :

Article 1

The following is added after the second paragraph of Article1 of the above-mentioned deliberation no. 2013-1 of January 15, 2013:

" 76 thousandths for each radio service authorized to show according to the DAB+ norms. "

Article 2

The present resolution will be published in the Journal officiel de la République française.
