The French Superior Audiovisual Council,

Having regard to Act no. 86-1067 of September 30, 1986, as amended, on freedom of communication, in particular Articles1, 3-1 and 13;

Having regard to deliberation no. 2009-60 of the French Superior Audiovisual Council of July 21, 2009 relating to the principle of political plurality in radio and television services;

Having regard to deliberation no. 2013-7 of the French Superior Audiovisual Council of April 23, 2013 relating to the procedures for recording and transmitting time spent by political figures on radio and television services;

Having regard to deliberation no. 2016-20 of the French Superior Audiovisual Council of June 20, 2016 relating to the period for assessing political plurality in radio and television services;

After deliberation,

Decides:

Article 1

Publishers shall record and transmit to the French Superior Audiovisual Council data relating to time spent by political figures in accordance with the conditions, in particular frequency and format, that it determines. For the periods indicated below, data will be transmitted to the Conseil on the following dates:
