Deliberation of September 9, 2020 relating to the public hearing of the Canal Plus publishing company in the context of the call for applications provided for by decision no. 2020-207 of February 26, 2020, as amended, for the publication of a national television service, shown under condition of access by terrestrial hertzian means and in high definition.

In a deliberation dated September 9, 2020, the French Superior Audiovisual Council (French Superior Audiovisual Council) decided to hold a public hearing with representatives of the Canal Plus publishing company, whose application has been declared admissible in the context of the call for applications provided for by decision no. 2020-207 of February 26, 2020, as amended, for the publication of a national television service, shown under condition of access by terrestrial hertzian means and in high definition.

The hearing, which will last a maximum of ninety minutes, will take place on September 30, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at Conseil headquarters.

The candidate will be notified of the outcome of this deliberation and the results will be published in the Journal officiel de la République française.
