On March 27, 2019, the French Superior Audiovisual Council adopted a notice (downloadable below) for these elections, which supplements its deliberation of January 4, 2011 applicable to radio and television services during election periods.
This notice applies to all radio and television services, whatever their broadcasting method by any electronic communication process, from April 15, 2019 and until the day on which the election is won.
The radio and television services referred to in the notice must transmit to the French Superior Audiovisual Council, by electronic means, statements of the speaking times of lists of candidates, political parties and groupings and their supporters, in accordance with the timetable set by the Council.
