Avis n° 2010-25 du 9 novembre 2010 sur un arrêté définissant le régime des études et fixant les conditions de délivrance des diplômes délivrés par l'Institut national de l'audiovisuel

The French Superior Audiovisual Council (Conseil supérieur de l'audiovisuel) has been asked to give its opinion, in application of article 9 of the amended law no. 86-1067 of September 30, 1986 on freedom of communication, on a draft decree defining the curriculum and setting the conditions for the award of diplomas by the Institut national de l'audiovisuel.

It recalls that it had previously encouraged the institute to develop its teaching function. Thus, in its opinion no. 2010-18 of July 13, 2010 on the establishment's draft contract of objectives and means, the council had "taken note of the new impetus given to the institute in its teaching functions, by making it possible to deliver specific diploma courses in the field of digital content production and audiovisual heritage management".

This notice will be published in the Journal officiel de la République française.
