The French Superior Audiovisual Council (French Superior Audiovisual Council) has issued its opinion on a draft decree amending the rules governing the diffusion of cinematographic works on television services and the rules governing television advertising. The Minister of Culture had referred the matter to the CSA on February 18, 2020.
