Notice of November 22, 2016 on the implementation report for 2015 of the amendment to the contract of objectives and means of the national programming company France Télévisions

The law of no. 2013-19 of November 15, 2013 on the independence of public broadcasting confers on the French Superior Audiovisual Council the power to issue an opinion on the annual performance report on the commitments entered into by France Télévisions as part of its contract of objectives and means (COM) and the amendment to a contract signed between the State and France Télévisions for the period 2013-2015.

The Board's opinion relates to the performance report drawn up by France Télévisions and approved by its Board of Directors on July 13, 2016. The opinion relates to the year in which the amendment to the COM came to an end (2015), and also presents an assessment of the contract period (2013-2015). It thus sets out to describe the results obtained in terms of compliance with the commitments summonsed by the rider to the COM, and in particular those based on measurable data, set in the form of "objective indicators".
