Notice no. 2005-10 of November 3, 2005 concerning the proposed modification of the national breakdown table for radio frequencies
The French Superior Audiovisual Council (Conseil supérieur de l'audiovisuel) has been asked to give its opinion, in accordance with article L. 41 of the French Post and Electronic Communications Code (Code des postes et des communications électroniques), on a draft amendment to the national radio frequency breakdown table. After considering the matter at its plenary meeting on November 3, 2005, it issued the following opinion:
The Council issues a favorable opinion on the project submitted to it.
This opinion will be published in the Journal officiel de la République française.
