The French Superior Audiovisual Council has been asked to give its opinion, in application of article 18-2 of the amended law of July 16, 1984 on the organization and promotion of physical and sporting activities, on a draft decree concerning the broadcasting of sporting events by radio.
As the scheme set out in the draft decree meets its concerns, the French Superior Audiovisual Council, after deliberation, has issued a favorable opinion on the text.
