The Haute Autorité pour la diffusion des œuvres et la protection des droits sur internet (High Authority for the diffusion of works and the protection of rights on the Internet) today published its opinion on the draft decree relating to the evaluation of the significant quantity of protected works and objects mentioned in article L. 137-1 of the French intellectual property code.
