The French supreme authority for the distribution and protection of intellectual property on the internet today published its opinion on the draft decrees issued to enforce law no. 2021-1382 of October 25, 2021 on the regulation and protection of access to cultural works in the digital age, and aimed at enabling the transfer to the French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication (Arcom) of all the missions of the French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication (Hadopi).
